Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess and fix the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted.

European Union 30-day withdrawal period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns
We will notify you within 48 hours after reviewing your return and the reason for return, and will notify you if the return is approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and ship the refund.
